TI-USA works with business leaders to create a culture of integrity that promotes transparency, ethical practices and compliance with legal requirements.
TI-USA contributes to the development of standards and tools, global initiatives and voluntary collective action with major business organizations. At the same time, TI-USA promotes consistent, vigorous enforcement of laws prohibiting foreign bribery and off-book accounts to incentivize compliance, increase transparency and enable prosecution.
